Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our commercial customer base throughout Staten Island. This role focuses on educating local businesses, managing the sales pipeline, and helping customers navigate the CWZ transition while delivering exceptional service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sign up new accounts
  • Conduct in-person and phone outreach to local businesses
  • Educate customers on CWZ requirements.
  • Prepare quotes, service proposals, and contracts
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and accounts
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at community events

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with Staten Island businesses and neighborhoods is a major plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Rear Load | Staten Island, NY
$29.00 – $34.00 per hour | Full-Time | Overnight Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Rear Load Garbage Truck Drivers with a CDL Class B to join our overnight collection team. Drivers will operate well-maintained equipment, work with an assigned helper, and service established commercial routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely complete assigned commercial trash collection routes
  • Work closely with your helper to ensure all safety protocols are followed
  • Operate rear-load collection vehicles in accordance with company and DOT standards
  • Utilize Routeware to navigate routes and acknowledge completed stops
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Maintain open, professional communication with dispatch and management
  • Work overnight shifts, including weekends as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class B license with current Medical Certification
  • Prior commercial garbage truck experience required
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work safely in urban environments and varying weather conditions
  • Strong safety awareness and team-first attitude
